HOUSE RULES

01. CLEANLINESS

* Please keep the unit clean and tidy.
* No bringing of smelly foods inside the unit.
* Eating in bed is not allowed. Stains on bedding may result in additional charges.
* Clean as you go. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the unit is left excessively dirty.

02. QUIET HOURS

* Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
* Avoid loud noises, parties, or disturbances to neighbors.

03. PET POLICY

* Pets are allowed with prior approval only.
* Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them properly.

04. ELECTRICITY

* Kindly turn off lights, air-conditioning, TV, and other appliances when not in use.

05. DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS

* Please report any damages immediately.
* Charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.
* Lost or unreturned keys will incur a ₱1,000 replacement fee.

06. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

* Check-in time: 2:00 PM
* Check-out time: 12:00 PM
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charged at ₱100 per hour.

07. SMOKING POLICY

* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

08. PARKING

* Fee: ₱200 / night
* The guard will assist you with an available slot and collect payment.

09. POOL ACCESS

* Pool access is ₱100 per person.
* Payment is at the pool area.

10. AIRPORT AREA NOTICE

* Please note that Seawind Condominium is located near Davao Airport, and occasional aircraft noise may be experienced.
* We appreciate your understanding.

11. TRASH DISPOSAL

* Dispose of trash properly at the designated MRF area outside the building.

12. SECURITY DEPOSIT

* A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 is required upon check-in.
* The deposit will be returned after check-out provided there are no damages or missing items.
